停車場是一個相對單純的公共工程設計案,業主桃園市交通局同時接受了中央交通部前瞻計畫補助。也為此,我們團隊與桃園市政府交通局合作,以驚人的4個月期間,完成了基本設計、交通影響評估、公共設施多目標審查、都市設計審議、結構外審、取得建造執照,並隨即於一個月內完成細部設計一階之後即開始施工。 This parking building is a part of The Forward-Looking Infrastructure Development Program of Taiwan. The Department of Transportation of Taoyuan City cooperated with EKUO ARCHITECTS to meet the time requirement, and it only took us 4 months to finish all the design works, and begin construction in a further month. 即便加速設計作業如此,同時得需嚴謹的面對因中美貿易戰、俄烏戰爭..等時局因素造成營建物價飛速上漲及缺工缺料的艱難課題。我們意圖從設計上考慮工法及材料以節省造價,並配合統包營造施工團隊的資源特性與運用。 Construction inflation was on the rise in the early of 2021, which is when the time of this construction began, mainly due to the dramatic rise in materials such as steel、aluminium and brick.
We try to solve this problem thru different type of construction and the usage of material and meanwhile to comply with the needs of the construction company in our turnkey team.
立面的設計,即為一個基於造價與工法的設計思維。我們保留一座RC樓梯,以兼顧作為結構體施工動線,另一樓梯則與鋼構格柵做立面整合,以節省施工架及施工時間。戶外的線形動線,呼應著對面的運動公園,也形成一個絕佳的「場所」,讓此停車建築與戶外都市空間對話。格柵設計採數位及參數模擬的方式,企圖提供一良好的停車場的日照與採光通風效果。
To put a budget for design and construction is a core issue of design as well. By saving a concrete stair to become a vertical passage in construction period, the other stair is designed as a PLACE. The linear circulation space incorporate with steel louver elevation is not a façade but an urban media and place as well.
We also applied digital transformation in the steel louver elevation which provides a comfortable interior environment.
